Here's how it works
1. Select service
Simply choose the service that best suits your needs - basic, standard or all-round service.
2. Book
Book your appointment or desired online service conveniently via our website.
The booking process guides you simply and step-by-step through the selection process – for example, whether you prefer a telephone appointment, an in-person appointment, or an online service. The desired service is also specified.
The payment process is directly integrated.
Additionally, you have the option to leave individual messages or notes regarding your request.
Alternatively, you can also make your booking by phone or email.
3. Submit documents
Documents required by us can be uploaded directly during the booking process, e.g. as a photo or PDF.
To help you prepare the documents for upload, you will find them under the menu item "Required Documents".

If you prefer, you can also submit your documents by email. Please include your first and last name in the subject line so we can clearly identify your documents.
4. Payment & Processing
The order will be processed after payment has been received.
Applications, forms, and individual letters will be finalized once all necessary documents or information have been received.
Once processing is complete, you will receive the finished application or documents by email or post.
If you wish, we can also submit the documents for you on time.
Booked telephone or in-person appointments can be kept after payment has been received.
5. Questions from our side & contact person
Please check your email inbox regularly after booking. We will contact you if we have any questions or require further documents.
Throughout the entire process, you will be supported by a dedicated contact person.
Notes
You will receive a booking confirmation via email after booking.
Application prepared according to customer specifications.
The client is liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
